An asphalt surfaced drive leads from 25th Street to a parking area for the office area at the front of the building. A chain link fence extends around the west part of the property and along the property lines adjacent to the building. The building consists of a steel frame structure that is 202' x 342' plus an extension from the north end of the east side of the basic building that is about 115' x 116' and an office portion that is 40' x 64' plus a 10' x 10' entry. A new roof covering was installed on the central portion of the building in 2018. The manufacturing area has inside heights of from 14' to 24'. Column spacing provides bays of 20' x 40', 25' x 50', and 30' x 60'. the floor is concrete all a one level. Heat is by suspended gas fired unit heaters. The manufacturing area is fire protected by a wet sprinkler system. There are 6 truck docks on the west side of the building. The docks have load levelers. A ramp leads down from the rear paved yard area to the truck docks. The entire manufacturing area is open except for a relatively small concrete block walled portion at the southwest corner of the building that has restrooms, a room that is used for tools and repair work, and a room in the southeast corner of the building that contains the pumps and equipment for the fire protection sprinkler system.
